In stock – Products that are listed as in-stock normally ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping may take longer due to increased demand, sales or holidays.
Inventory shortages -Inventory quantity’s are checked regularly but in the event of inventory shortages the customer will be offered a full refund, comparable item or a backorder at LMT Defenses discretion.
Backorders – LMT does not offer backorders as a normal course of business. In the event that a backorder is offered a estimated delivery date will be given. This date is not fixed and can move based on various factors. LMT employees will be unable to give updates on these delivers until the original estimated date has passed.
Shipping – Due to an increase in credit card fraud, all orders must now be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used for payment.
Canceling or editing orders – Orders may only be edited or canceled before they are packed. If you notice an error or wish to cancel your order please contact LMT Defense as soon as possible and we can correct or cancel the order. Once an order is packed or shipped no changes can be made.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Shipments – FOB origin (Free on Board) Buyer will be responsible for goods from the shipping point. LMT Defense is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Customer is responsible for filling claim with shipping carrier.
LMT Defense does not accept returns or exchanges on non faulty items. Items will judged faulty at LMT Defenses discretion.

Any item returned to LMT Defense without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
If a refund is authorized by LMT Defense the funds will be returned to the original payment method less any shipping fees or restocking fee if applicable.
Refunds may take between 5-14 business days to reflect on your bank or credit account.
